Junior Financial Planner / Insurance Advisor
to join our mission-driven team. This is a commission-based opportunity with a steady stream of qualified leads, hands-on mentorship, and clear opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, values-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful, personalized financial and insurance guidance
Maintain accurate client records and consistently follow up to ensure a high level of service
Create tailored financial strategies that align with individual client goals and situations
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Communicate financial concepts in a clear, approachable way
Support clients in making informed, confident financial decisions
Proactively connect with new prospects and nurture long-term relationships
What You Bring
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed
Willingness to make high-volume outreach (up to 200 outbound calls/day) to grow your client base
Comfort using CRM software and digital tools to stay organized and efficient
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management and follow-up skills
LLQP certification, or actively pursuing your Life License Qualification Program
Legal eligibility to work in Canada (citizen or permanent resident)
