How you will make a difference:



The Payroll Support will work on time-sensitive HR related personnel records/documents to ensure accurate record keeping of confidential information.

What You'll Do:



Filing

Maintaining the office supplies for Payroll Department

Opening the mail and allocating as needed to the appropriate persons

Process source documents in Dayforce

Return incomplete documents, as per department procedures, for resolution

Verify accuracy of data entries by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data

Follow set policies and procedures for data entry

Identify and report procedural or system issues

Maintain confidentiality of Company and personnel information

Respond to phone/email inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Maintain an up-to-date and accurate filing system

Adhere to corporate health and safety policy requirements that contribute to a safe workplace

Any other related administrative duties as necessary

What You'll Need:



High school diploma

Previous data entry experience an asset

Proficient in Microsoft Office

High level of attention to detail

Ability to organize and prioritize work and spot inaccurate data

Good analytical skills

Ability to read and understand information presented verbally and in writing

Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Effectively communicate and engage with other team members and departments

Ability to multi-task

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
