JUNIOR OR INTERMEDIATE LAWYER - FINANCING
Montreal
Our client, a firm with an excellent international reputation, is currently seeking a bilingual lawyer with 2 to 7 years of experience in financing and banking law.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to actively participate in Canadian and cross-border financing files (including syndicated loans, project financing, debt restructuring, etc.). In this regard, you will be called upon to negotiate, prepare and finalize credit agreements and security agreements and will represent a clientele composed of banks, financial institutions and other lenders, as well as Canadian, American and foreign borrowers.
The ideal candidate has excellent business acumen, good priority management and is able to handle a high volume of files.
Professional Expectations:
- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
- Approximately 2 to 7 years of experience in banking and financing law;
- Excellent business sense, good management of priorities and ability to handle a large volume of files;
- Autonomy, leadership and thoroughness.
