We are an up-and-coming public practice accounting firm looking for a junior operations/communications coordinator to support our team. This is an entry level position designed for someone looking to prove themselves and move up quickly.
We have over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, and we created this company to make CPAs available to other small business owners.
The ideal candidate:
Has strong organizational skills. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the organizational structure of the business.
Is social media savvy. You will help coordinate our communications strategy.
Has strong interpersonal skills and genuinely cares about people. You will work directly with the founder and support our team of accountants. You will manage others as you progress.
Has strong problem solving skills. As your confidence in the role grows, we expect you to take a solution-focused approach to the problems you encounter.
Is interested in entrepreneurship and business development. We will teach you how businesses operate, and you can play a role in the growth of the company.
Is focused and disciplined. This is a remote position, so the ideal candidate should have the ability to stay focused on the task at hand.
Is passionate about making a difference in the world. We aim to change the world for the better.
The job responsibilities include:
Collecting and organizing client information.
Developing and implementing our document storage system.
Developing and implementing our CRM.
Invoicing clients.
Pitching and coordinating content for social media.
Improving our client and employee experience.
