YOUR MISSIONS
One of our clients, a freight forwarder, has been created a Junior Operations Agent position. This transport agency has a courier department which is one of the largest in the company. This is made efficient for customers to log in, choose the mode of transport and track their package. The director is therefore looking to train a person who will be a customer service agent to assist customers as needed.As tasks, you will have to assist customers with:
- Choose the mode of transport
- Parcel tracking
- Answer the questions
- Print labels
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in a transportation compayAEC in transportation and logistics
Bilingual Willingness to learn and grow
Good customer service
