Job Overview:



The Junior NetSuite Consultant will

assist in implementing, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for cloud-based ERP systems, business process improvement, and client engagement. The Junior Consultant will work closely with principal consultants and clients to analyze requirements, configure NetSuite, and provide training and support.

Key Responsibilities:1. NetSuite Implementation & Configuration



Assist in the setup, customization, and deployment of NetSuite ERP. Configure NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management based on client needs. Support data migration processes, ensuring smooth data import, mapping, and validation. Help with system testing and troubleshoot issues before and after deployment.

2. Business Process Analysis & Consulting



Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations. Document business processes and suggest best practices for optimization. Assist in gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

3. Training & Support



Provide user training on NetSuite functionalities and ensure adoption. Assist clients with post-go-live support, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving user queries. Create training materials, user guides, and FAQs for reference.

4. Reporting & Customization



Develop saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to provide insights into business performance. Assist in configuring workflows, custom fields, forms, and scripts to meet client-specific needs. Support the development of SuiteScripts (if applicable) for automation and system enhancements.

5. Collaboration & Communication



Work alongside principal consultants, project managers, and developers to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate with clients to provide status updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and client presentations.

Education

: University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a Related Field

Experience:



Minimum one year work experience in a programming role (Coop or other) Experience in a client facing role is an asset. The position requires strong communication skills and work with senior officials in companies
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
