We are seeking a motivated Junior MOA (Medical Office Assistant) to support our healthcare team, starting January 5, 2026. Duties
Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
Collect and verify patient information and insurance details
Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the exam rooms
Support administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Follow all health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office)
Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care

Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory
