Sefina Industries Ltd specializes in delivering premium architectural millwork for prestigious residential and luxury hospitality ventures worldwide. Our projects include ultra-luxury residential skyscrapers like those on Billionaire's Row in New York City, as well as renowned 5-star hotel chains such as Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons Hotel Worldwide. To meet the evolving needs of our clientele, Sefina Industries is seeking a motivated individual to join our estimating department in a junior capacity. This role will involve working closely with the Vice President of Estimating and a dynamic team of estimators. Duties and Responsibilities

Download and organize drawings, specifications and all contractual documents. Review client's scope requirements. Accurately and efficiently prepare takeoffs from the Architectural and Interior Design drawings. Contact suppliers / manufacturers to request budget pricing on specialty items. Prepare RFIs for architects, designers, and contractors on any unclear scope or takeoff items Organize and finalize bid documents. Once project is awarded prepare complete documents for transfer to the Project Management Team. Prepare Change Order Requests or supplemental pricing for the Project Managers.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret Architectural/Interior Design Drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office products High work ethic and self motivation Detail oriented with good organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be bilingual (English, French) Experience with On screen take-off software would be an asset Experience in architectural millwork would be an asset

Devoirs et responsabilites

Telecharger et organiser les dessins, les specifications et tous les documents contractuels. Examiner les exigences du client. Preparer avec precision et efficacite les metres a partir des dessins architecturaux et de design interieur. Contacter les fournisseurs/fabricants pour demander des prix indicatifs sur les articles specialises. Preparer les RFI (Requests for Information) pour les architectes, les designers et les entrepreneurs sur tout element de perimetre ou de metre peu clair. Organiser et finaliser les documents d'appel d'offres. Une fois le projet attribue, preparer des documents complets pour transferer a l'equipe de gestion de projet. Preparer les demandes de modification ou les tarifs supplementaires pour les chefs de projet.

Qualifications

Capacite a lire et interpreter des dessins architecturaux/design d'interieur. Maitrise des produits Microsoft Office. Haut niveau d'ethique professionnelle et motivation personnelle. Souci du detail et bonnes competences en organisation. Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite. Doit etre bilingue (anglais, francais). Une experience en menuiserie architecturale serait un atout.
