eSupply Canada, INDsight Consulting, and The Indigenist are three growing, Indigenous-owned ventures making an impact across e-commerce, consulting, and media. We're looking for a
Junior Marketing Associate
who is ready to step up, take the lead on multi-channel campaigns, and show what they can do.
This is not a "support-only" role. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive revenue growth across all three brands. If you're a creative self-starter looking for the right opportunity to shine, this is it.

Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for eSupply, INDsight, and The Indigenist.
Plan and manage Google Ads and social media ad campaigns that generate leads and sales.
Lead HubSpot marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead tracking.
Create and edit engaging content -- from graphics and blog posts to basic video and audio for social, podcasts, and events.
Manage and grow social media channels; track analytics and report on results.
Drive public relations efforts, including writing press releases, pitching stories, and building media relationships.
Maintain and update websites with new content, promotions, and product launches.
What We're Looking For
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency in Google Ads, HubSpot, and social media management.
Basic audio and video editing skills.
PR savvy with an eye for a good story and confidence in media outreach.
Solid writing, editing, and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
A creative thinker ready to own projects and see them through from idea to impact.
Why Join Us
Lead marketing across three dynamic brands.
Competitive salary, benefits, and flexible hours.
A chance to make an impact in Indigenous business, consulting, and media.
