Junior Marketer / Estimate Setter (with growth opportunities)

Location

In field. Predominantly in the High Park & Bloor West Area of Toronto

Pay

From $17.60 an hour, increases to $20.00 an hour if you are brought on full time

$15 per qualified lead, $30 per qualified estimate (in addition to hourly pay)

Lead and estimate rates can increase with good performance

Hours

Starts as part-time (12-20 hours per week) working as part of a team, can increase if brought on full time.

Promote our painting services, generate leads, and set up painting estimate appointments with clients. Earn an hourly wage and sweet bonuses for every lead and appointment you secure.

What You'll Do

Knock on residential doors during marketing sessions with our team and introduce our painting services to homeowners - Chat up potential customers and gather their info - Set appointments for our sales team - Hit weekly and monthly targets for extra earnings - Represent us with a smile and professionalism.

What You Need

Great communication skills - A positive attitude and eagerness to learn - Motivation to work independently and in a team - Sales or customer service experience is not a requirement

Our Expectations

We expect a minimum number of qualified leads from each junior marketer during their probationary period. We also expect professionalism and punctuality.

Most of all, we expect our marketers to have a goal--nobody wants to knock on doors forever. Whether that means aiming to be an estimator or manager within Sienna, or another goal outside of painting, we want people who are eager to grow their sales skills.
