Position Summary



The Junior Manufacturing Engineering will support day-to-day manufacturing operations by assisting with process improvements, production support, documentation, and quality initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities



Support manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety Assist with process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities Assist with tooling, fix Turing, and equipment improvements Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams Participate in Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives Support new product introductions and process validations Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements

What you Bring:



Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (co-op or internship experience considered an asset) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is an asset Strong communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and develop in a manufacturing setting
