We are looking for a Junior IT Support to join our IT team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the overall success of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & offboarding employees with all required hardware and software
  • Managing the internal ticketing process and escalating tickets internally
  • Troubleshooting workstations and software issues
  • Handling and supporting audio/visual set-ups, wireless and copiers on-site
  • Updating and maintaining proper documentation
  • Working with end-users to foster technology adoption
  • Delivering equipment to sites, troubleshooting fundamental IT issues, and helping our senior technicians by providing onsite assistance
  • IT support for other satellite offices in the lower mainland will be required
  • Ad hoc technical duties assigned as required by company

Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of website maintenance
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross team communications
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Windows desktop support and Active Directory
