We are looking for a Junior IT Support to join our IT team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the overall success of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities
Onboarding & offboarding employees with all required hardware and software
Managing the internal ticketing process and escalating tickets internally
Troubleshooting workstations and software issues
Handling and supporting audio/visual set-ups, wireless and copiers on-site
Updating and maintaining proper documentation
Working with end-users to foster technology adoption
Delivering equipment to sites, troubleshooting fundamental IT issues, and helping our senior technicians by providing onsite assistance
IT support for other satellite offices in the lower mainland will be required
Ad hoc technical duties assigned as required by company
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of website maintenance
Ability to work autonomously within a team setting
Strong interpersonal skills for cross team communications
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Windows desktop support and Active Directory
