Job Description

As an Individual Therapist, you'll implement Intensive Behavior Intervention (IBI) using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with individuals with autism ages 3-12. Your responsibilities include providing direct service, preparing teaching materials, monitoring progress through data collection, participating in treatment planning, and attending team meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications

One year of IBI experience would be an asset. A degree in psychology or a related field or a diploma in a behavioural science program would be an asset. Candidate must have a valid Ontario driver's license, a vehicle and be willing to travel throughout GTA, York Region, and Durham Region. First Aid and CPR certifications Proven attendance record. Ability to perform the essential duties of the job. Caring, patient, friendly and professionally. Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for staff and clients within a challenging environment. Other languages would be an asset.
