We are seeking full-time creative, passionate, and dedicated teachers:

Jr High Math, Jr and Sr High Science, and Options

Successful candidate:

will bring patience, flexibility, sense of humour and a deep connection to the mission and vision of E2 Academy. have hands-on experience with twice-exceptionality and knowledge of a variety of complex diagnoses and challenges. are grounded in an understanding of progressive, inquiry-based education. create relevant curriculum-based lesson plans customized to promote individualized methods of learning. complete assessments of each student and creates Individualized Program Plans (IPP's) to use as a blueprint to success. enjoy working collaboratively with a team and are passionate about cultivating an environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged. are creative designers of learning experience who leverage student interests, real-world problems, and professional tools/experts to design for purposeful experience that drives student learning. support student learning with adaptability, flexibility, an ability to improvise and unwavering kindness and patience. believe in using positive reinforcement and feedback to encourage a child's growth and confidence. develop positive relationships and open communication with students and their families to cultivate a safe and successful learning environment engage in creative solutions while working in a team-teaching model with other educators, specialists and educational assistants. provide direction to the in-class learning facilitators to support the students.
Required:

Teaching Certificate - Alberta Education Bachelors of Education Asset: Specialized training or experience in twice-exceptional education

Pay: $47,500.00-$80,900.00 per year
