We are seeking a creative and motivated Freelance Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! In this role you will provide marketing and graphic design services for agents and operations team. This role reports to Director of Marketing & Communications.

Min 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday
This is a hybrid role and the person may be required to travel to our office in North York/Markham once a week.
Responsibilities
Prepare print media marketing packages, reports, and listing presentations, including designing brochures and specialized reports
Create, design, and format digital and print materials including brochures, proposals, presentation boards, flyers, postcards, direct mailers, HTML e-mail blasts, newspaper/magazine ads, newsletters, and event invitations, other creative pieces as required.
Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (such as InDesign, Illustration, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
Maintain Lennard's brand identity by following brand guide and colours
Listing Brochures: Create Listing Brochures from InDesign, Designing custom maps and aerials using Lennard colours, Inserting surveys, floor plans, zoning information, amenities, transit maps, etc., Creating PDF file of final document
Editing existing brochures
Create and edit animations in PowerPoint
Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed on other marketing materials designed by team members
Package artwork and assemble final layout for third party printers as required, prepare notes and instructions for printers and other vendors
Create, design, draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, icons, maps and other artwork as needed
Design real estate signs, working with Third Party Marketing Team
Understand how to complete the calibration on the Production Printer and ensure calibration is being completed on schedule with Marketing team members
Create CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) or Opinion of Values
Designing custom marketing pieces as required
Editing floor plans and other graphics
Create pitch packages using InDesign & PowerPoint - input and edit information, amalgamating presentations from various sources, print and bind presentations
Understanding of all Research & Administration packages (Market surveys, building tours, various pitch package formats, postal code analysis, presentations, etc.)
Understanding of how to collect research for marketing project's using various databases (Altus, CoStar, MLS, RealNet, Geowarehouse, Zoning, etc.)
Other marketing duties as required
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with web tools and HTML
Detail-oriented and well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work with a wide range of personalities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Real estate background is a plus
Proven record of providing outstanding customer service
Positive energy with a good sense of humor

Education:
AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
