We are seeking a

Junior Finance & Data Processing Associate

to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone starting their career in finance or accounting who enjoys working with numbers, data, and details. Full training will be provided, and you'll have the opportunity to learn the inner workings of our system while growing your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process, validate, and analyze financial and operational data

Assist with rebate claims and reporting

Support monthly bank reconciliations and related accounting tasks

Prepare and maintain financial records

Build reports and dashboards to support decision-making (using tools such as Tableau)

Provide general support for finance and office functions as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

Post secondary education in a related field

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and data

Interest in

data analytics

and ability to interpret data trends

Knowledge of

Tableau

or similar data visualization tools is an asset

Ability to learn quickly and follow structured processes

Bilingual (French and English) is considered a strong asset
