Jetline Contracting Ltd are specialists in Steel Stud Framing, Insulation and Drywall installations. We have been servicing the Lower Mainland for 18 years with a combined total experience of over 60 years. Our project expertise includes Residential and Commercial High-Rise Buildings, Multi-Family Housing Complexes, Industrial and Institutional Buildings.

The Opportunity:

Jetline is looking for a new permanent team member to help our estimating team and provide administrative support.

The Role:

Responsibilities range between working with the pre-construction team and providing regular administrative support to the office. Duties will include, but not limited to, the following:

Estimation:

Analyze drawings and specifications

Provide clear and detailed take offs

Assemble accurate, detailed, and well-organized estimates

Maintain database costs and pricing

Provide project coordination support of current and upcoming projects

Administrative:

Answer phones and assist with calls as necessary

Project filing and administrative tasks

Skills and Experience:

Mandatory:

3 years minimum experience in construction industry

Strong experience and knowledge of reading drawings and specifications

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage time and adapt to priorities

Self Motivated

Ability to work independently, but still a team player

Nice to have:

Experience with digital take off software, like OST or Planswift

Estimator experience with costs and pricing

Financial schooling

Construction experience within Steel Stud and Drywall

Compensation:

Training for the position is included, the amount of training required will dictate the starting rate.

$50,000 - $63,000/annually

Must be eligible to work in Canada.
