Job Title: Plumbing Sales Estimator

About the Role:

We are hiring a Plumbing Sales Estimator to support our expanding plumbing services. This is a commission-based opportunity for professionals with a plumbing background and strong sales expertise. You will work closely with licensed plumbers to calculate job costs and meet with customers to present detailed estimates and project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with plumbers to inspect project sites and gather necessary information. Calculate and prepare detailed plumbing job estimates. Conduct customer meetings to present the scope of work and answer questions. Drive direct and consultative sales to close projects effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems. Keep up to date with plumbing products, codes, and service practices. Achieve sales targets under a commission-based compensation plan. Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing service, installation, or project estimation. Direct and indirect sales experience in the plumbing industry is required. Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents. CRM proficiency and general computer skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

This is a

commission-based

position. Pay will be discussed based on qualifications and experience.
