Job Description
1 year to less 2 years of bachelor's degree or equivalant experience
Estimating, take off packages using Planswift software, spread sheets, estimating packages .
read, interpret blue prints, maps, drawings, and speciffications, operate Planswift, and other computer software systems.
Architecture, commercial and/or industrial, residantial construction.
Utilize quantity take-off procuders, prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs,
Fast-paced environment, work under-pressure, attention to details, combination of sitting, standing, walking, tight deadlines.
Flexibility, team player, excellent verbel and written communication, client focus, organized.
