Junior Engineer
Job Description
Fedorki is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to support TSSA Compliance requirements. This role is intended for recent graduates who will support design, process, and fabrication projects while learning the specialized requirements of TSSA compliance, validation, and quality management. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for TSSA documentation, audits, welding procedure records, and regulatory liaison activities. The role provides hands-on project experience combined with structured compliance training, offering an excellent career path for candidates seeking professional growth in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mechanical design, piping layouts, and fabrication documentation. Support process troubleshooting and improvement initiatives under supervision. Learn and contribute to TSSA compliance systems, including documentation and audits. Support material specification and procurement processes, ensuring documentation is aligned with TSSA and client requirements. Gain exposure to welding procedure documentation and welder certification record-keeping. Participate in validation protocol development for food and pharmaceutical clients. Assist in quality control, inspection, and record-keeping. Collaborate with foremen, tradespeople, and engineering teams on regulated work. Build knowledge of ASME/CSA codes and regulatory standards relevant to Fedorki operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
