What You'll Do
Deliver training across Dogma's core programs, including day school, group classes, private sessions, and events.
Support clients with individualized training plans and progress reports.
Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure dog and client success.
Contribute to the continued growth and excellence of Dogma's programs.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and structure in all dog environments.
What We're Looking For
Certified Dog Trainer (DDT, CPDT-KA, or equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for positive, science-based training methods.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
A growth mindset and desire to be part of a fast-growing organization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physically capable of handling moderate lifting and active work with dogs.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage:
$18-22/hour (based on experience) with the opportunity to move to salary after your training period.
