$19/hr
Monday to Friday, Early AM shift (1AM to 8AM)
Responsibilities:
- Generate, update and maintain load documents and organized records of all load related information
- Assist Dispatch coordinating load assignments and schedules
- Ensure timely communication of load requirements and changes to drivers
- Utilize driver app for communicating and monitoring driver activities
- Provide pick-up instructions and respond to driver inquiries
- Assist in handling incoming phone calls, inquiries and requests
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience, preferably in the logistics, transportation or other related field
- High school or equivalent education
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and use of relevant software applications
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must have own reliable means of transportation (not near a bus route)
