Junior Development Lead Coach

Valley Royals Track & Field Club - Fraser Valley, BC

$800-$1000 month stipend | Part-time (10-15 hrs/week)

The Valley Royals Track & Field Club is seeking a passionate and organized individual to lead our Junior Development (JD) and Track Rascal Programs. This role focuses on coaching young athletes (ages 6-8 and 9-13) in both cross-country and track & field seasons.

What You'll Do:

Plan & implement age-appropriate training programs Lead JD training sessions (Spring & Fall) Attend and support competitions & events (travel reimbursements provided) Recruit and mentor young JD coaches Coordinate with parents, volunteers, and school administrators
What We're Looking For:

Track & field coaching or athletic experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills First Aid/CPR & SafeSport certification (or willingness to obtain) Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check required
