Position: Junior Customer Support Representative
Location: Mississauga

Join our client, who is a leader in sustainable paper and packaging solutions as a Junior Customer Support Representative.
What will you be doing:
- Enter and process orders, and provide quotations and pricing
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions, providing efficient follow-ups and resolving outstanding customer orders or concerns with minimum supervision
- Negotiate cost and resale prices, create purchase orders and release invoices
- Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette and promptness
- Liaise with other functional areas (warehouse, credit, procurement, sales, marketing, etc.) to provide seamless service
- Pro actively develop new sales opportunities wherever possible
Experience and Competencies:
- Business or related field degree or diploma, Recent graduates welcomed
- 2 or more years of business experience in a sales/customer service or call centre environment
- Collaborative, team player with an upbeat and positive attitude
- A love for learning and a strong desire to "figure it out"
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with an SAP Operating system is an asset
