Junior Content Creator
who
lives and breathes content
and knows how to grab attention in a world where
attention is the most scarce resource
.
This isn't a "just schedule posts" kind of role. We want someone
TikTok-native
, plugged into
what's trending and why
not just memes, but the
formats, hooks, and styles
Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook are pushing right now.
You'll work with our team to learn and execute content creation
that drives the buyer journey
, across multiple platforms, for brands making millions. You'll work closely with our
Creative Director
and
video/design team
to bring big ideas to life.
What you'll be doing:
Researching
trends, formats, and hooks
across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Email Marketing + learning Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit
Working with the
Creative Director
on content strategy and ideation
Writing
content briefs
for designers and editors, providing b-roll and visual direction
Creating
b-roll prompts
and content instructions for clients, influencers, and creators
Writing
captions and hooks
that actually convert
Assisting with
content for email
(newsletters, educational content, launches)
Using
AI tools
to brainstorm ideas, hooks, and video prompts
Occasionally doing
light design
in Canva (using templates approved by designers)
Tracking and reviewing analytics to learn what performs and what doesn't
Being on camera for content - optional, but a huge bonus
Skills you'll need:
TikTok-native mindset:
you understand trends and what gets attention. Huge focus on trends = not always funny. Trends = content that gets results
Strong EQ
: you get people, audiences, and buyer psychology. Or, you know where to look for information to learn them
Fast learner:
you can follow processes and want to grow quickly. Reminder: we are an agency. We manage 6 design requests, 50 client emails and 2 burning houses per day.
Basic copy chops:
you can write captions, hooks, and short-form content
Great communication:
you will work with a team of marketers, designers, clients, content creators. You will need to coordinate content briefs, provide resources, and articulate what is needed.
Resourcefulness:
We don't expect you to know everything but if you're not doing a task because you don't know how to manage a Dropbox folder, we have at least 3 people on the team who will cry in a bathroom corner.
Insane attention to detail. To this note, please start your cover letter with your favourite animal.
Curiosity:
you want to know why certain content works, not just copy it
Comfortable working with
AI tools
like ChatGPT, CapCut scripts, etc. That also means prompt master: for ideas, content, video and music produced by AI.
Bonus: comfortable being on-camera for short-form content
