Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis as needed for lending transactions;

- Handle files from open to close;

- Perform real property and off-title searches and identify any problems;

- Liaise professionally with lawyers, clients, other law firms, banks, municipalities and land registry offices;

- Assist in compiling and organizing financial reports and documents;

- Prepare client correspondence and requisition letters; and

- Other tasks as required.

Requirements: :

- Law Clerk/Paralegal Diploma from an accredited institution;

- 2+ Years experience in Commercial Real Estate;

- Previous experience in Real Estate Lending;

- Superior computer skills including knowledge of Teraview, Unity, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word;

- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills;

- Excellent written and verbal communication; and

- The ability to work with minimal supervision.
