Job Description

```Duties:```
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials required for construction projects
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- Install windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding
- Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, molding, and hardware
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition ```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
- Familiarity with electrical systems for carpentry work involving wiring or installations Note: Additional requirements may vary depending on the specific job or project.
