You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of local and global brands. There will be close collaboration with people from a variety of departments: Account Management, Project Management, Engineering, Development, User Experience, Quality Analyst and Creative. We offer a hybrid (remote-first) approach, where we try to come to the office once a week to work on collaborative projects and team-related activities. Publicis offers 12 additional Publicis Days that are separate from vacation, personal and sick days to all staff. We also have a lot of company and team events throughout the year (think pumpkin-carving contests).

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-facing individual responsible for the end-to-end project coordination of CRM campaigns for Publicis Toronto. You have a solid understanding of HTML and have worked on some email campaigns before. Ideally, you have some knowledge of Liquid script or any coding language (AMPscript, Python, Javascript). We are looking for someone who is excited to learn how to manage the end-to-end execution of our email and CRM marketing campaigns. Above all else, the right candidate will have a passion for tinkering, learning and problem solving, is not afraid of (or perhaps even enjoys) math and has a more technical role in their career path goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end CRM project responsibilities including Creative, QA, Development, Engineering and Deployment.
  • Set up (email, push, SMS, In-App, Content Cards) campaigns and canvases in Braze as requested by the client.
  • Update and track all campaign efforts on a calendar or dashboard - including deployment dates, project status, and other client specific requirements.
  • Communicate campaign updates and deployment confirmations to broad stakeholder audiences.
  • Set up and audit audience builds on platforms such as mParticle, Segment, Amplitude, etc..
  • Prioritizing work, ensuring each campaign is executed without error and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and internal teams.
  • Execute on project requests from various teams and participate in campaign planning sessions with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Triage, debug and troubleshoot CRM campaign issues and communicate back to the client in a timely fashion.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • University degree or college equivalent in a multimedia/interactive/technical field or similar.
  • 0-2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in email marketing.
  • Experience in building campaigns and conceptualizing how to achieve the desired result by leveraging dynamic content, API calls, data, Moveable Ink, liquid and much more.
  • Solid understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology, have a deep understanding of user experience, and email development and the ability to deliver solutions that are both robust and flexible.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and a passion for email marketing and CRM
  • Experience working in Braze, ZOHO, Salesforce, Adobe or a similar CRM deployment platform.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and web design/functionality and email development methodologies and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of testing and optimization methodologies.
