Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Cabinet Installer. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic company specializing in cabinet installation. Responsibilities:

Assist senior cabinet installers in the installation of custom cabinets according to blueprints and specifications. Handle and transport cabinets and related materials safely and efficiently. Prepare work areas by ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist in measuring and cutting materials as directed by senior installers. Operate hand and power tools under supervision to assemble and install cabinets. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project completion. Learn and apply proper techniques for cabinet installation and finishing. Support senior installers in troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in woodworking, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
