Proven ability to complete projects on time
Strong coordination skills with on-site reps
Clear communication and ability to adapt to jobsite conditions
Experience leading a small crew (2-4 people)
Ability to guide and mentor junior installers
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude
Work independently or with a team
Read and interpret drawings/blueprints
Use work-related software/technology
Install company-fabricated and client-supplied millwork
Follow safety procedures and meet quality standards
Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
Provide your own basic tools (specialty tools provided)
Provide your own PPE
Work night shifts; occasional weekends/overtime
Reliable transportation in Calgary and surrounding areas
Willing to travel out of town for up to 6 weeks
