Responsibilities:

Develop new functionalities, working closely with business analysts, designing and implementing code changes, and collaborating with the testing team to ensure quality.
Maintain and enhance an insurance application, including accounting, policy processing, invoicing, and document generation.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
Work with modern tools and technologies, including Visual Studio 2022, C++20, Clang, Jira, and Bitbucket.

Requirements:

A technical degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in spoken and written English (B2 level or higher).
Basic knowledge of C++ application design.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
