Role Overview



Intelbyte is seeking a Junior Business Development & Sales Analyst to support our commercial team with pipeline enablement, bid/RFP execution, and market intelligence. This is a hands-on role designed for someone early in their career who wants exposure to how B2B technology services are sold, especially Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with Sales Leads and senior team members to help generate leads, source and submit bids, gather insights on the market, and keep sales activities organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities



B2B Digital Marketing Support (Sales Enablement)



Support B2B marketing activities that generate leads and build awareness through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, landing-page content, and basic sales collateral Assist with campaign tracking using UTMs, simple dashboards, and CRM notes, and summarize results for the sales team Help maintain and organize marketing and sales enablement assets including case studies, one-pagers, proposal snippets, and capability decks

Bid Sourcing, Preparation & Submission (End-to-End)



Monitor bid and procurement portals to identify relevant opportunities (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs) aligned to Intelbyte services Maintain a bid tracker monitoring deadlines, requirements, contacts, and next steps to ensure submissions are compliant and on time Coordinate internal inputs such as technical write-ups, resumes, pricing notes, and references, and assemble them into structured responses Proofread and format submissions to a professional standard and ensure all mandatory forms are completed Build and maintain a reusable content library containing standard responses, company profile, case studies, resumes, and past performance documentation

Market Intelligence & Research



Research target accounts, industries, competitors, and partner ecosystems including Microsoft partners, MSPs, and local consulting firms Track trends in Power Platform, Copilot/AI in low-code, and digital transformation buying patterns Create short intelligence briefs (1-2 pages) on target accounts, vertical use cases, pricing patterns, procurement behaviours, and competitor positioning Support territory and account planning with lists of target companies and stakeholder mapping

Support Senior Team & Sales Leads



Prepare meeting briefs including client background, business context, likely pain points, and suggested talking points Take notes during client calls as needed and convert outcomes into action items and follow-ups Help keep CRM updated with contacts, meeting notes, and pipeline activity Assist with scheduling, coordination, and organizing sales documentation to enable the team to move faster

What You will Bring To The Table



Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clean, structured content quickly Organized and dependable with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams, especially bids Comfortable learning new tools including CRM, bid portals, Microsoft 365, and basic design/documentation tools Curious mindset and strong research skills with the ability to synthesize information into useful insights Professional tone and discretion when handling client and commercial information

Nice To Have



Interest in Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform, M365, Dynamics, or Azure, or enterprise technology Familiarity with B2B LinkedIn marketing, cold outreach, or email tools Exposure to bid platforms such as MERX, SAP Ariba, Bonfire, Vendor Registry, or BidNet Basic Excel/Sheets skills for trackers and simple reporting Experience building slides or one-pagers using PowerPoint

Success Metrics



Number and quality of bid opportunities sourced based on fit and readiness On-time, compliant bid submissions with minimal rework Usefulness of market intelligence through actionable insights, target lists, and competitor notes Sales team satisfaction through increased speed, better organization, and fewer missed details Contribution to lead generation efforts via campaign execution and reporting

Compensation

:

$18.50-$20.00/hour plus commission (per commission plan)
