About the Job
InDro Robotics is expanding our commercial team to support the growing demand for our robotics platforms, R&D services, and online component store. We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager who is motivated to build long-term customer relationships while actively generating new business opportunities.
This role is split approximately 50% outbound business development and 50% client success and account support. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective customers through targeted outbound email campaigns, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and ensuring existing customers receive a high-quality experience after purchase.
You will support sales efforts across multiple business lines, including:
Online robotics and electronics components
Custom R&D and engineering services
Industrial and research-grade robotic platforms

Primary Responsibilities
Business Development (Approx. 50%)
Execute targeted outbound email campaigns to generate new sales leads
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route opportunities appropriately
Support sales efforts for the online component store, R&D services, and robotics platforms
Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progression
Assist with proposal preparation, quoting, and follow-ups
Client Success & Account Support (Approx. 50%)
Act as a primary point of contact for customers after purchase
Support customer onboarding and post-sale communication
Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues
Track customer satisfaction and identify upsell or expansion opportunities
Help ensure repeat business and long-term customer relationships
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, or account support
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for email outreach
Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience selling or supporting technical, industrial, or engineering products
Familiarity with robotics, electronics, or automation markets
Experience supporting e-commerce or online product sales
Exposure to B2B sales environments
Interest in developing long-term client relationships rather than transactional sales
