WorkOrb is a generative ML startup catering an advanced SaaS software platform for enterprise sales teams. Our business development team is searching for a Junior Business Development Executive in Toronto On. In this role you will hunt, screen and qualify enterprise sales teams to be part of our design partner program. Skills required: Strong oral communication skills, Experience using LinkedIn, Excel and CRM systems would be a plus. Work Ethic: Works proactively, persistence, efficient, self-directed, extraordinary work ethic Intellectual Curiosity: Able to qualify leads and understand what the prospect business is offering and the potential match for our program About You A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred 2+ years of experience in comparable roles involving business development within an outbound environment, with a preference for expertise in selling SaaS products. A team player with positive and proactive attitude who can contribute to a goal-oriented team and achieve outcomes A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously Great ability to work well with others Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to build strong relationships What You\'ll Be Doing Gaining a strong understanding of the ideal customer profile (ICP) that Workorb is targeting and sourcing and reaching out to these companies Connecting with prospective customers via email, linkedin, phone, and video meetings Identifying sales leaders in key industry verticals and reaching out to them generating interest for Workorb\xe2\x80\x99s solutions Present qualified businesses identified at weekly meetings Outbound lead generation Setting up meetings with executives and prospects Managing leads in CRM Ensuring CRM is updated to note each customer interaction Responding in a timely manner to prospect emails Job Types: Full-time, Casual Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:
