Position Overview:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business market operations through data-driven analysis and research. You will be responsible for gathering, validating, and maintaining data to assist in decision-making processes while developing essential analytical and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities

Research & Data Management: Conduct thorough research on business processes, market trends, and operational efficiencies. Retrieve, review, and validate data for accuracy and completeness. Perform data searches using various sources and tools. Verify data by cross-referencing with source documents. Enter validated data into appropriate databases with efficiency and precision. Monitor existing datasets to ensure accuracy, performing updates when required. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports summarizing key findings and insights. Organize and file digital documents systematically for easy retrieval. Maintain timely turnaround for all data entry tasks. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Receive and execute tasks based on verbal and written direction. Apply critical thinking to identify problems and propose solutions. Communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skillsets

Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation. Basic knowledge of computer applications for efficient workflow management. Accurate typing and data entry skills to ensure information integrity.

Soft Skills:

Excellent attention to detail for error-free data management. Strong communication and organizational skills for effective task execution. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. Problem-solving mindset with a capacity for analytical thinking.
