Our boutique property is seeking a professional, organized, and enthusiastic
Junior Bookkeeper/Administrator
to support our daily operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining smooth office administration, assisting with bookkeeping, and strengthening our corporate sales initiatives.
You'll be the bridge between management, corporate clients, and our operations team, helping to ensure every detail runs seamlessly and every client interaction reflects our brand's personalized hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage general office operations, correspondence, purchasing, and inventory tracking.
Corporate Sales Support:
Research and contact potential corporate clients.
Create engaging
sales pitches and proposals
tailored to client needs.
Develop and execute
email marketing campaigns
for corporate packages.
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for corporate accounts, ensuring exceptional communication and service.
Bookkeeping & Financial Assistance:
Assist the Accountant with
bookkeeping tasks
, including
journal entries
,
expense tracking
, and
monthly reconciliations
.
Maintain and organize financial records using
QuickBooks
(must be proficient).
Process invoices, receipts, and vendor payments accurately and on time.
Guest & Client Communication:
Respond to
emails and phone inquiries
in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with front office and management to coordinate guest needs and group bookings.
Operational Support:
Assist the General Manager in administrative and project-based tasks.
Coordinate
office purchases, returns, and supplier relations
.
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong
proficiency in QuickBooks
, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to
create persuasive sales materials
and conduct outreach campaigns.
