Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Junior Accounts Payable Clerk

to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and match with purchase orders and receiving documents Ensure timely and accurate entry of payables into the accounting system Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records Process employee expense reports Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Familiarity with Navision is an asset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
