The Opportunity:





Supporting the Manager of Shared Services and PSP Analysts, the junior billing analyst is a new role and will be a key contributor and control function within Sentrex's Patient Support Programs. They will support the billing analyst team. Understanding patient support programs and needs will be critical to the success of the role as new programs are added and older ones come to maturity. Additional support within the AR team may also be expected.


A Day in the Life (What you will do here):




Ensure accurate and timely processing of all assigned client customized invoices and supporting backups Process and verify billing adjustments as requested Delivery of invoices via internet portals or via other delivery methods Follow up on billings for all lines of business Liaise with other departments and acquire necessary paperwork and details in order to bill the client properly Audit/review of supplier and third-party invoices used to prepare client invoicing Perform a variety of analytical functions including the review and management of large data sets to ensure customer billing accuracy and comply with internal controls Interpret client SOW and change request contracts for relevant billing provisions and working with PSP managers/directors to understand necessary billing requirements Reconcile copay and pass through general ledger accounts against invoices Consolidate monthly freight invoices Prepare and analyze compassionate dispense data Manage multiple tasks within tight timelines Following up on outstanding invoices and answering customer queries Maintain current state fee billing process documentation in accordance with Sentrex standards, linking the processes into an end-to-end view Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your manager

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:




2 years of billing experience in a Patient Support Program 2-3 years of billing experience Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong team player and works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision - Quick learner / self starter Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel High degree of accuracy
