Job Description
We are a French patisserie and cafe which makes everything from scratch on site. We specialize in making viennoiserie (croissants, danishes, brioche), desserts and cakes.
We are looking for a Junior Baker with minimum 1 years experience working in a bakery or a similar setting working in the Centre Street location at 810 Centre St. N.
Job Requirements
Assist in morning bakeoff with potential starting time of 1:00am. Assist in making croissant dough and lamination of croissants for wholesale and retail. Packing wholesale orders efficiently and accurately Making cookie dough and muffins Must be able to lift 20kg Must be able to work independently in a quick and efficient manner General cleaning of work station and work area Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, policies and practices Available to work mornings, days and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
