The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated Associate/Financial Advisor to help us continue delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone early in their advisory career -- or an existing advisor looking to propel their business to the next level within a collaborative, supportive environment. You'll work closely with the lead advisor to support client relationships, contribute to planning, and participate in marketing initiatives.
This is an in-office role, based in Woodstock and/or Fredericton, with occasional travel required for client meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
Support the lead advisor with client servicing, onboarding, and follow-ups
Assist in preparing financial plans, reviews, and investment proposals
Contribute to marketing efforts, client communications, and presentations
Use Excel and PowerPoint to develop planning tools and client materials
Participate in training and compliance as part of your career development
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong interest in wealth management and client service
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; marketing experience is an asset
Willingness to travel occasionally
Licensing is not required at hire, but must obtain:
Investment license (CSC or MFDA) within 12 months
Life insurance license (LLQP) within 24 months
Assets (Not Required)
Existing MFDA or IIROC advisor looking to grow within a team
Completed CSC or LLQP
Experience in financial services or client-facing roles
