to join our production team that manufactures the largest and brightest commercialised mobile stadium lights in the world.
The ideal candidate has hands-on assembly experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to support daily shop operations. You will be a part of the production team to assemble components, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure efficient workflow throughout the shop.
As a part of the production team, you will be required to work outdoors at times, testing the mobile towers with adherence to strict QA measures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform component and equipment assembly according to specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively
Assist with material preparation, and organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Support general shop tasks as needed, including loading/unloading materials
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Qualifications
Previous assembly or mechanical experience required
Good knowledge of hand tools, power tools and shop equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
Class 5 driver's license
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in manufacturing, basic electrical, or mechanical repair
Forklift experience or certification
