Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

Experience with QuickBooks and Payworks
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software;
Aptitude for improving systems and processes.
Full cycle bookkeeping for a wide variety of businesses. This includes preparing monthly bank reconciliations, credit card statement reconciliations, payroll filings and remittances, GST, PST, and WCB filings and remittances, and maintaining accounts receivables, accounts payables, and project subsidiary ledgers;
Completion of notice to reader engagements, including working papers and financial statements;
Potential completion of review and audit engagements, including preparation of working papers and financial statements;
Preparation and completion of personal, corporate, partnership and trust tax returns;
Preparation of T3's, T4's and T5's;
Assist in preparation of year-end files for clients;
Liaise with CRA on tax related matters;
Creating and developing accounting templates for the Firm;
Other administrative duties as assigned..
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to maintain financial integrity.
Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, and account analysis tasks.
Support auditing activities and prepare financial reports.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth financial operations.'
Qualifications

Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Payworks and Accounting diploma
Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy industry is a plus.
