Our unwavering goal is to provide an enhanced personal real estate experience for our clients and customers. We are looking for a Part Time Junior Accountant to join our growing team. Responsibilities for Junior Accountant

• Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Supervise the quality of accounting and financial reporting of the organization
• Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports
• Updating financial data in databases to ensure the accuracy of the information
• Assisting with reviewing payroll records and expenses, among other items as assigned
• Assisting in the processing of income statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s legal, financial, and accounting guidelines
• Performing reconciliations, updating accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices
• Processing financial entries to ensure a proper recording of all business transactions
• Developing monthly financial statements that include profit and loss statements, cash flow records, and balance sheets

Qualifications for Junior Accountant/Comptroller

• Accounting/Bookkeeping Certification Required
• Minimum 1 year Accounts Experience Required
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software programs
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality

**Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, but your Work hours are flexible, and can be tailored around your schedule. Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week Salary: From $25.00 per hour Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
