Job Title: Junior Superintendent / Carpenter General ContractorLocation: Montreal, QCProject: 60-unit conversion Commercial to ResidentialResponsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and coordinate daily activities
- Ensure work quality and adherence to project schedule
- Perform carpentry tasks as needed
- Enforce safety regulations and site cleanliness
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Report progress and issues to the Site Superintendent
- Experience in carpentry and site supervision
- Knowledge of residential construction and conversions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Bilingual (French & English)
