We're looking for a

Junior Project Manager

who's eager to learn, take initiative, and make an impact from day one.

The Role

As a Jr. Project Manager you'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll gain hands-on experience managing timelines, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping complex projects on track--while being mentored by industry leaders. This position is a blend of office time at the Saskatoon office and working away at a fly in/fly out site so ability to travel is required.

Duties

Assist with planning and execution of commercial construction and renovation projects Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met Monitor project budgets and progress reports Help manage schedules, inspections, and safety requirements Participate in client meetings and help ensure clear communication between all stakeholders Maintain project documentation and reporting Track Contracts and Change Orders Assist with QA/QC Assist with estimates and take offs

Qualifications

Previous commercial construction and renovations experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively. Ability to gather requirements efficiently and translate them into actionable tasks. A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
