The Jr. CRM Data Analyst is an active member of the Publicis Data & Insights Team. The Jr. CRM Data Analyst will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing and providing insights that help monitor, optimize and deliver data driven recommendations to our clients on a regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and ad-hoc basis. This candidate must strive to ensure that the data used in the analytics process is accurate and robust. Candidates must also think strategically to identify issues that need to be optimized or resolved. The Jr. CRM Data Analyst will always work proactively to prioritize resources in order to deliver on the tasks. In addition, it is important for the Jr. CRM Analyst to have attention to detail and to validate data that is questionable for accuracy and to help address \xe2\x80\x9cthe why\xe2\x80\x9d to support any recommendations to clients, in collaboration with the CRM Analytics Director.

As Jr. CRM Analyst, you will:

  • Contribute to analytics projects of varying sizes and complexity, including report automation, data visualization, tool implementation requirements gathering and documentation, split testing, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Create and/or maintain dashboards within Data Studio.
  • Contribute and complete to regular reporting, scorecards, and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc requests) based on the needs of the client.
  • Drive industry leading insights and recommendation on email, SMS, and Push campaigns.
  • Assist with efforts to optimize the client\'s CRM business by providing strategic recommendations, based on the insights. You don\'t simply provide the numbers but tell a data-driven story.

Qualifications

Candidate Experience:
  • 1year experience in CRM analytics, ideally within an agency setting.
  • 1 year experience in writing industry leading insights based on marketing campaign results.
  • 1 year experience with SQL, Python and structured datasets.
  • 1 year experience with Braze and/or SFMC.
  • 1 year experience working with Data Visualization tools such as Google Studio, Lookr or Tableau.
  • Knowledge A/B or multivariate testing and analysis for CRM campaigns.
Candidate Education:
  • Undergraduate Degree (Marketing, Business, Statistics, Analysis, or other related degrees considered an asset).
