NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our team working remote in Canada.

Client\'s business problem to solve?

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Data Analyst with strong critical thinking skills and expertise to join our team. Responsible for online data analytics - primarily centered on Google Analytics but spans to Pardot, Sitecore analytics, Social Media platforms and others as needed.

Works closely with web, email marketing, IT and marketers across the organization to develop, implement and manage dashboards and support requests related to performance and tracking against KPIs.

In addition to building and maintaining dashboards in DOMO, this role will also be responsible for uncovering and communicating insights relevant to digital marketing Data Analyst is a critical and creative thinker able to work independently and with outside vendors and internal stakeholders. This role will provide training on working with and understanding data to improve campaign and website performance.You will be responsible for delivering high quality analysis and making data accessible across the NTT DATA Services marketing organization.

In this role you will:

  • Develop, design, specify, implement, and manage analytics dashboards in DOMO using data from various sources such as Google Analytics, Sitecore CMS, Pardot, Salesforce, SEO measurement tools and more
  • Apply a business-first mindset to the presentation of data analytics to help the Marketing & Communications department meet annual marketing and client engagement goals
  • Manage multiple analytics projects that are relatively complex in scope
  • Define benchmarks and KPIs for a wide variety of online engagements and digital marketing programs
  • Act as subject matter expert in online analytics for the marketing organization by
  • Creating and presenting regular training and updates for a large group of stakeholders
  • Hosting weekly office hours to clarify data analysis and answer data questions among stakeholders
  • Continuously enhancing the data presentation, ensuring the data is actionable and driving results
  • Maintain and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
  • Identify new business/content opportunities and effectiveness of programs
  • Develop plans and schedules based on prioritization including requirements, tasks, review points and reporting
  • Analyze and track performance against established goals
  • Gather and analyze intelligence on competitive activity in the industry
  • Work with cross functional teams from web to IT to agencies
Requirements for this role include:
  • 8 years relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficient skills in enterprise-level BI tools such as DOMO, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau (ideally DOMO) to quickly implement data visualizations that connect data from disparate sources into a connected view of activity results
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Big Query, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and digital marketing
  • Advanced digital analytics capabilities
  • Including expertise in the technical aspects of marketing data and the ability to translate it into business needs / results
  • Business-first focus on data consumption and demonstrated ability to derive insights from digital marketing activities and campaigns
  • Critical thinking and technical knowledge of online data sources and functions
  • Knowledge of search, SEO optimization and paid media and tracking
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales motions for professional services firms
  • Excellent presentation and training skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently on analytics projects that vary in scope and advanced decision making
  • Strong process orientation -- able to analyze tasks and execute in collaboration with members of the digital marketing team
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work effectively under tight deadlines and successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Advanced level of verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate to different levels within the organization (email to documenting to PowerPoints)
Preferences:
  • Proficient knowledge of SQL
  • Previous experience working in similar roles in the IT services market
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in complex matrixed organizations
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 05:00pm CST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to work on hours that overlap with other time zones based on business needs.
