As the Junior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting important administrative tasks within various departments and play a critical role within the organization by supporting ongoing operations.
Your responsibilities
- Scanning, data entry, filing, word processing, and faxing
- Refinishing and copy-editing documents
- Acknowledging and assisting visitors
- Contributing to the calendar, including the coordination of conferences and meetings
- Governing telephone calls and managing a multiline phone system
- Harmonizing schedules and activities
- Managing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results
- Making spreadsheets, improving presentations, and aiding with special projects
- Back diverse projects for other employees where appropriate
Requirements
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Expertise in inside sales
- Coordinating Events experience
- Administrative Assistance experience
- Shipping documentation experience
- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
- Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems
- Ability to use the internet for research
