Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's mission of delivering visionary electronic solutions.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Job Function:
Manage SMT Work Orders: internally with SMT team and communicate with customers.
Review of client's PCBA Assembly documents (Gerber files, Pick N Place files, ODB++ files, Bills of Materials, etc.)
Communicate with approved electronics parts suppliers/distributors and approved custom Printed Circuit Board (PCB) suppliers.
Create PCBA manufacturing quotes: BOM cost, PCBM, PCB assembly labor.
Communicate continuously with clients: quotes, answer questions, clarify job requirements.
Maintain and organize all quotation related files.
Coordinate with purchasing and accounting teams with information.
Create, verify, and release the Manufacturing PCBA package for production.
Coordinate with the NWI's PCBA Project Manager and Engineering staff.
Assist the NWI's PCBA assembly team when needed.
Adhere to Company Policies, including Safety protocols.
Perform other related duties as instructed.
Knowledge/Skills/Certifications:
Organized, detail oriented, provide quality work product.
Strong customer satisfaction focus.
Excellent personal communications skills.
Ability to learn to read PCB assembly, PCB fabrication, Gerber / ODB ++ files and schematic drawings.
Knowledge of electronic components (i.e. package types, footprints, etc.)
Familiarity Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) is preferred.
Familiarity with IPC Standards for bare PCBS and Electronic assemblies, and especially IPC -6012E and IPC 610H, Class 2.
Familiarity with EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) and EU Directive 2015/863 (RoHS III) compliance requirements.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other related Quality Management System (QMS) standards is preferred.
Good time management skills.
Ability to stay focused and to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions.
Capable of being trained in such domains (but not exclusively) as ERP usage, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Safety Regulatory Compliance, and Company Procedures.
Working knowledge of EXCEL.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
