A boutique paralegal firm specializing in Plaintiff Accident Benefits claims is seeking to add a Paralegal to our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of two years experience working with Accident Benefits claims
The ability to clearly explain the claims process to prospective clients and provide strong legal support on active files
Your tasks will include:
Preparing and submitting LAT applications
Communicating with clients on a regular basis
Attending Examinations Under Oath
Consulting prospective clients
This is an in person, full time position
